Rather than managing multiple service providers across different stages of the supply chain (an origin agent, an ocean carrier, a customs broker, and an inland transporter), our door-to-door service puts the entire journey under a single agreement, a single point of accountability, and a single invoice.
We manage every stage: cargo collection from the supplier’s premises or nominated warehouse at origin in India, China, or UAE; ocean or air freight to Kenya; customs clearance at Mombasa Port or JKIA Nairobi; and final delivery to your warehouse, factory, or any designated address within Kenya. Throughout the journey, you receive proactive updates and have direct access to the Sealine team not a call centre, not a ticketing system, but the people actually managing your shipment.
